When I see children I see society's most valuable treasure! Having raised 4 wonderful kids, I can't stress enough the importance of positive reinforcement, tons of patience and lovingly guiding our youth. I do not know what the "magic formula" for children to succeed is, but what I do know is there's no "one size fits all."
