I have experience providing compassionate, patient, and supportive care to individuals with special needs, including less than a year of experience working in ABA therapy. Through this experience, I've developed skills in positive reinforcement, communication, behavior support, and creating a safe and encouraging environment. I am CPR and First Aid trained and passionate about helping each individual feel respected, comfortable, and supported while encouraging independence and growth.
