About Rapheal

I'm a dedicated tutor specializing in working with elementary students in grades 1-6. My passion is helping kids build confidence and strong skills in reading, writing, math, and study habits. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, patient and resourceful. I like tutoring because I enjoy helping students grow confident and excited about learning. I'm looking for a job that matches my teaching job for the DHH educator or the general education educator I started tutoring when I was in college. I wanted to gain experience working with elementary students and found that I really enjoyed supporting them one on one. In my spare time, I like to draw arts, reading books, ride a bike and watch films and tv shows. One thing you should know about me is that I'm very patient and committed to making sure each student feels respected and supported. My skills include positive encouragement, adaptability and tech savvy.
