I read Raphaella's reviews before I hired her and I made the best decision for my son. She was engaging, patient and remained positive the entire time. She made me feel at ease with our (my son and I) transitioning to a new and first time sitter for our family. Our family was impressed by Raphaella. We were sad to see her go on her last day but wish her well in her new city and career.
