She cared for my daughter throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and was a lifesaver. My daughter loves her and would frequently ask when Raphaela was coming back after she headed home for a day. She was able to keep a toddler occupied in a year when options were very limited, which speaks to her skills as a caregiver.
