Rapha has been an incredible nanny that we have been able to work with over the years. She never nannied for us individually but she was always over with the kids she was nannying and would babysit for us. She is has patience with children while also being able to work with them. My daughter would always cry when a babysitter would come over but not Rapha, she always reached for her. I have watched her with my own children as well as other children she nannies and have been blown away every time by her kindness and ability to help situations that could be stressful. She is proactive about making plans with other children/nannies throughout the week and doing this on her own. Which, as a mother, this is the best thing. She is always tidy, clean and will make the children great meals. I cannot recommend her enough
