Raouda has been a true gift to our family. She’s professional, reliable, and clearly loves working with children. From day one, she connected with our baby in such a genuine, caring way. She’s calm and knowledgeable of her tasks and duties, especially when our newborn was sick. As new parents, we were overwhelmed, but she handled everything with so much care and confidence which gave us real peace of mind. She’s also very clean, organized, and knew how to give just the right amount of attention. She’s respectful of our routines, but also supportive when we needed advice.
