About Ranjani

Ranjani began banysitting for our twins beginning when they were newborns. She demonstrated her dependability, responsibility, communicativeness, and strong competence with children immediately. She was always our first choice for a babysitter because we knew that they were in safe, capable hands with Ranjani. She cared for them consistently twice a week all day when they were about 6 months old. At this point, they were beginning to become more mobile and they were developing a consistent routine. Ranjani helped them continue to develop safely while maintaining the schedules and routines that we established in the home. As the twins continued to become more mobile and boisterous, Ranjani continued to provide a safe and comfortable environment for them to develop and play. She was one of the few people who we felt could competently and safely watch both of our twin toddlers at once without the help of an assistant. Ranjani was consistently dependable, responsible, communicative, and highly competent as a caregiver for our children. Most importantly, we were always confident that our children were safe and secure when they were in her care.
