I am a dedicated and caring worker who has been taking care of young children and elderly individuals since 2016. Responsibilities include: 1. Providing a warm and welcoming care environment 2. Listening to a patient's needs, wants, and other suggestions about their care 3. Attending to patient's hygienic needs such as bathing, dressing and undressing, cleaning teeth or dentures, and using the bathroom 4. Recording basic health information such as weight, food intake, and daily bowel movements/urination 5. Reporting any unexpected or worrisome conditions in the patient: medical, psychological, emotional, or otherwise 6. Assisting patients with preparing meals, eating, and cleaning up after themselves 7. Performing household chores on behalf of the patient such as making the bed, tidying up the bedroom, and sending clothes to laundry service 8. Assisting with shopping, keeping a detailed financial record of all transactions
