I fly out to New York once a month for work and Raneem is fantastic. The kids love her, and she has a great head on her shoulders. We are careful who we leave our kids with, and we know they're safe with her. She's dependable getting the kids off to school, picking them up, and playing with them. I would give Raneem an 10/10!
