About Randy

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With eight years of experience as a certified teacher, I specialize in creating personalized learning plans that foster confidence and critical thinking. I adapt my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or real-world examples--to match how you learn best. By breaking complex problems into manageable steps, I help students master difficult concepts and celebrate those vital "aha!" moments. I hold expertise in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and prioritize open communication to ensure we meet your specific academic goals together. Whether we meet online or in person, I am dedicated to building a supportive environment where curiosity thrives. I find true joy in watching students transform challenges into successes, and I look forward to helping you discover just how much you are capable of achieving.
