About Rand

Hello parents and caregivers, my name is Rand. I am 27 years old and have over 8 years of experience caring for children from infants to 10 years old. I previously worked in a daycare and preschool setting for 3 years, where I gained strong experience in childcare, learning activities, routines, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. I am CPR trained, patient, reliable, and passionate about working with kids. I enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel comfortable while giving parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are in caring and responsible hands. I also have experience assisting with daily routines, meal prep, playtime, bedtime, and educational activities.
