About Randi

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the families I support. I have raised 3 amazing daughters who are all grown up now and I cared for my niece who lived with us so I've been raising children for about 27 years . I provide reliable, patient, and calm care for up to four children ranging from infants to pre-teens. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent environment. My approach is creative and imaginative; I love to bake, lead craft projects, and engage children with board games and puzzles. Since I am a skilled swimmer, I am happy to provide swimming supervision for your little ones. I prioritize your preferences by following your chosen method of communication to update you on your child's day. I am also available to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's daily life.
