Randi is very sweet, but VERY unreliable. She canceled at the very last minute leaving my 100 year mother with no care for the afternoon shift. She quit via text 2 hours before her shift. She was hired because my mother needs 24/7 care, but leaving me with no notice is unprofessional. I don't live in the same state, so she really left me in a bind. I would hate to have this happen to anyone else. Hire with caution
