My name is Randi Leigh, a graduate of CC with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development and Elementary Education. While my career began in childcare, I have spent many years in hands-on, in-home support roles, which have naturally expanded into senior caregiving. I am passionate about building trusting relationships and supporting the well-being of those in my care. Raised in a close-knit family, I value compassion, patience, and dependability. I bring strong skills in communication, organization, and adaptability, along with a calm, nurturing presence. I take pride in creating a comfortable, supportive environment--assisting with daily routines, providing companionship, and helping maintain a well-organized home.
