About Randi

Hi! My name is Randi, and I'm a 19-year-old college student currently pursuing my degree in Psychology with the goal of becoming a clinical psychologist specializing in supporting teens and young adults. I have a genuine passion for helping children grow, feel supported, and build confidence in a positive environment. I have several years of hands-on experience working with children through babysitting as well as serving as a camp counselor multiple times. I also grew up helping care for my younger sister, with more than a 10-year age gap, which gave me early experience with patience, responsibility, and understanding children's needs at different stages of development. I love planning engaging activities that keep kids happy and learning -- especially baking, swimming, arts and crafts, and creative play. In fact, I hope to own my own bakery one day! I'm dependable, nurturing, organized, and enjoy creating a safe, fun environment where children can thrive.
