About Randa

I have 11 years of experience caring for children of all ages. I support daily routines including school and activity runs, lunch and meal prep, and child related house chores. I've taken Early Childhood Education courses, which helps me better understand children's needs and what works best for them. This work truly doesn't feel like a job to me, I get to spend my days hanging out with my little best friends and supporting their growth. I'm naturally nurturing, playful, and goofy. Kids tend to feel comfortable with me quickly, creating a safe, warm, and supportive environment where children feel secure and cared for is very important to me. I love being part of their development and watching them grow.
