About Randall

For the past three years I've served as a mentor at Eastern Star Community Center, working closely with both youth and children. I've had the opportunity to lead my own classroom where I provided academic tutoring, built relationships through mentorship, and created a safe, engaging environment for learning. In addition to my hands-on experience I participated in service-learning programs that allowed me to shadow and support certified teachers while I studied elementary education for two years. Although I've recently transitioned my major to event management, my background in education has given me a strong foundation in youth development, classroom structure, and effective communication with children of various age groups
