We were so very grateful to find Rana and have her care for our little one from 5 months to 1 year old (when we moved). We found her to be very reliable, flexible, extremely detail-oriented and a joy to have in our home. She has her own great instincts/insight about little ones and is also open to household preferences. Our kiddo was always excited to see her and we were sad to move away and no longer be able to work together. There are so many more great things to say about her but I'll leave it at that for now!
