About Ramona

Hi, I'm Ramona, I believe quality care starts with compassion, trust, and truly getting to know the person--not simply treating them like a client. I have over 15 years of private senior caregiving experience and I also have outstanding recommendations from previous families. I believe my qualities are hard to find. With a background as a Medical Assistant and CNA training, I understand the importance of providing dependable, respectful, and attentive care. To me, caregiving means seeing the whole person, their needs, preferences, emotions, and routines. I believe in listening, providing reassurance, and validating feelings of fear, anxiety, pain, or worry while helping each person maintain dignity and independence. I strive to provide care that feels personal because it truly is. My goal is for every family to feel comfortable knowing their loved one is being cared for with genuine empathy and attention.
