Raissa is everything you hope for in a nanny. She provided care 3 months. As a parent you want somebody who partners with you in developing your children. Her ability to listen to our ideas and implement them with children are second to none. She also expands upon our ideas and takes them beyond what we imagined. As a working mom and dad, it was very helpful that Raissa worked independently and needed little guidance. We really enjoyed her ability to keep our child active . She is very dependable, always timely, and a good communicator. Overall I can not say enough... she's fabulous!
