We worked with Railyn for almost two years before we moved to Oregon. She is exceptional and we would hire her back if we could! She is very timely, conscientious, kind to the children, and balances the competing needs of our kids and her precious little one. I cannot recommend her highly enough as she cared for our two kids. She supported meals, naps, trips to the store or park, and helped around our crazy work schedules. She is great with children and a kind soul!
