About Raiana

Hi! I'm Raiana, a Brazilian-trained Speech-Language Pathologist with 9 years of experience caring for and working with children. My background in speech and language development gives me a unique understanding of how children learn, communicate, and grow. I have experience with infants, toddlers, and school-age children, including children with autism, Down syndrome, developmental delays, and other special needs. I also have international childcare experience as an au pair in the U. S., where I learned to adapt to different family routines and become a trusted part of a family's life. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have a reliable car, and prioritize safety, communication, and consistency. I'm patient, nurturing, responsible, and love creating fun, educational activities that support each child's development.
