About Rahma

I am an energetic and patient 27-year-old with over 10 years of childcare and sitting experience. I love pets and have a furry friend in my home as well. I previously worked as a substitute teach at an elementary school's head start learning program (ages 2-5) for 4 years and genuinely enjoyed it. I was a group lead for a church summer camp and enjoyed making daily activity plans for the children. My interest in childcare lead me to take Early Childcare Development courses as college electives to expand my knowledge in ways to aid in a healthy development of children through play. That class taught me the importance of creativity, hands on learning and an outdoor environment in the early developmental years. I can help with Travel and light housekeeping. I can also make simple kid friendly meals that are fun for children to assist. Organizing and incorporating learning into having fun is where I am proficient. I'm excited to continue expanding my skills and knowledge in child care.
