About Rafaella

Hello! My name is Rafaella, and I have dedicated my career to working with children in both educational and caregiving settings. I was a teacher for 6 years in Brazil, where I developed strong skills in supporting children's learning, creativity, and social development. For the past 4 years, I have also worked as a nanny-2 years in Brazil and the last 2 years here in the United States. My background as an educator allows me to bring an extra level of enrichment to childcare, combining play with meaningful learning opportunities. Families describe me as caring, responsible, and patient, always attentive to children's individual needs. As a nanny, I strive to create a safe, loving, and structured environment where children can thrive. I am also happy to assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and homework support when needed. I truly enjoy building trusting relationships with families and being part of a child's growth and happiness.
