Rafaela did an amazing job of taking care of my two boys (5 & 3). She always showed up on time or a few minutes earlier. Even after the very first day, I could tell that Rafaela is competent, caring, and reliable. She was playful with the kids but also made sure they followed her directions. She is extremely reliable and I always appreciated clear communication from her. If the opportunity comes up, I would hire Rafaela again without a second thought.
