I highly recommend Rafaela. Communication was great: very responsive and friendly, booking was very easy and she was very transparent about pricing and details of the services provided. She was very flexible with my schedule and arrived on time. We had just finished a renovation and wanted a first deep clean before moving in more furniture, but we still had a few piles of stuff to sort through and a lot of building materials everywhere, and our floors/bathrooms were in serious need of a deep clean. She carefully worked around the "obstacles" and was very thorough. Everything met our expectations. We will definitely hire her again.
