Rafaela was our full-time nanny for a year and a half and still would be if she didn't leave us for New York. There's lots of wonderful childcare workers in the world, but Rafaela, if you're lucky enough to work with her, is something truly special. My children adore her, still talk about her, and my baby starts kicking frantically and yelling at the screen when we video chat with her. LA's loss is NYC's gain, for sure.
