About Rafael

Following the loss of my partner in 2019, I found myself in a state of profound sadness and devastation, having been together for 55 years. Rafael entered my life, offering unwavering empathy and a source of immense happiness. He assisted me in overcoming my sadness and gradually reintroducing me to my social circle. Our friendship blossomed effortlessly. Rafael assumed the role of a caretaker, overseeing my well-being, managing my household, and encompassing every aspect of my life. I entrusted him with my heart completely. Having relocated to an Assisting Living community, Rafael continues to be my steadfast companion. He has had a profound impact on my life. Over the past six years, Rafael has provided care and love to me. During this time, I underwent various medical procedures and hospitalizations. He was always by my side, offering a reassuring smile and unwavering support. He diligently understood my medical plan, collaborating effectively with my physicians and health providers. At all hours of the day and night. Rafael’s passion for healthcare enables him to learn swiftly and maintain constant contact with my medical providers. Now that Rafael has enrolled in the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program, he has acquired a comprehensive understanding of various techniques and methods to guide myself and his clients to enhance their mobility. The skills he learns in school and from my physical therapists are immediately applied in his work. I wholeheartedly recommend Rafael base on my experience with him over the years.
