About Raenelle

I am a compassionate, dependable caregiver with experience in assisted living, in-home care, and group homes. Most recently, I spent two years working in group homes, including serving as an Assistant Program Manager, where I supported daily operations, supervised staff, and helped ensure individuals received quality, person-centered care. My experience includes personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, mobility assistance, companionship, behavior support, transportation, housekeeping, and promoting independence. I have supported individuals with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia, and other complex care needs. I am patient, reliable, and dedicated to treating every individual with dignity, respect, and kindness. My goal is to provide safe, compassionate care while giving families confidence and peace of mind.
