My background includes 20 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant in a hospital and 2 years of in home caregiving, both at home and professionally. I build connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and history. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines and handle challenging situations. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular check-ins, always following their preferred method. Supporting adults and seniors' well-being is important to me.
