Raegyn is a very sweet, capable lady, but is a very poor communicator. Three times she committed to starting on a specific date/time, and all 3 times she was a no show, with zero communication on her part. The 1st was legitimate, due to a car accident, and the 2nd was due to phone issues. However, she had in her possession a hard copy of the contract she signed, which included all of my contact information and address. She could have contacted me. I gave her one last chance today, but again, she did not come and I have heard nothing from her. Very sad to not have her on our care team, but I cannot work with someone who is not dependable.
