About Raegen

As a caregiver with six years of experience, I've discovered that my passion lies in supporting families and making a positive impact on children's lives. My patient, creative, and friendly personality allows me to connect easily with children of all ages, and I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day and any issues that may arise. While I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I prefer a collaborative approach that involves both the children and their parents. I'm certified in CPR and am a Certified Nursing Assistant. In addition, I have some college education. My diverse skill set includes cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles.
