I'd describe my personality as compassionate, engaging, and trustworthy. I like working with kids because every day is different. I love building connections, being a positive influence, and creating a fun, safe space for them to be themselves. I'm looking for a job that I can connect with long-term, where I can support the kids' growth, keep them engaged, and be someone they feel comfortable and happy around. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old, giving me 8 years of hands-on experience supporting and caring for kids of different ages. One thing you should know about me is that I take childcare seriously while still making it fun--I'm responsible, attentive, and focused on creating a safe and engaging space for kids. My skills include building trust with children, creating safe and engaging activities, and calm problem-solving under pressure.
