About Rae

Hello! My name is Rae, and I bring over 10 years of experience as a babysitter and nanny, providing attentive and compassionate care to children of all ages. I have worked with families whose children have developmental delays, tailoring my approach to meet their individual needs. Additionally, I spent 3 years working at a developmental daycare, gaining extensive experience in supporting children with diverse developmental and behavioral challenges. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Kentucky and am currently pursuing a master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology at the University of West Florida. My educational background has deepened my understanding of child development, behavior, and effective communication, which I incorporate into my caregiving approach.
