About Raedy

I have over 20 years of childcare experience, including a PhD in Developmental Psychology. I also teach introductory courses in those topics to undergraduate students. I provide high-quality, expert care for up to four children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. I love to nurture a child's natural curiosity and help them make sense of their world. My approach is creative yet practical. We will engage in collaborative, imaginative conversation as we go about handling the everyday business of childhood. I am comfortable enforcing your household rules and prioritize clear communication by following your preferred method for daily updates. I am also happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. My goal is to make a positive, lasting impact on your family's daily life.
