Hi! I'm originally from Florida, and have lived in the wonderful city of Dallas for over 10 years. I've spent the last 10 years serving as a Special Education, English, Reading and Social/Emotional learning teacher, and I've loved every minute of it! I am an outgoing, kind, patient, responsible and energetic person, so naturally, I bring these traits to care-giving. I believe learning and having fun should go hand in hand; therefore, I am intentional about intertwining fun learning opportunities into daily activities and experiences. I have experience caring for newborns -15 years old. Additionally, I have a special place in my heart for special needs children, as I've taught and nurtured them for 5 years in my teaching career. Outside of teaching, my roles of child care include nanny, volunteer teacher at my local church, summer camp worker, tutor, and eldest sibling of 3. I look forward to meeting and caring for your family's little one(s)!
