Hi, I'm RaeAnn! I've worked with infants and young children (ages 3 months-5 years) in both licensed childcare and home settings for nearly 4 years. My foundation in child development, safety, and early education is strong-but my love for this work runs even deeper. As someone who grew up longing to feel seen and safe, I've made it my mission to ensure every child I care for feels deeply loved, understood, and valued. I believe strong emotional bonds and positive attachments in early childhood are key to long-term development, and I bring patience, presence, and compassion to every moment.
