About Radmila

Hi, I'm Mila. I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience providing compassionate care in a variety of settings, including senior care, childcare, pet care, and home support. Caring for others is truly my passion, and I take pride in offering dependable, thoughtful support that makes a meaningful difference in people's lives. For the past year and a half, I've worked with an in-home care company in North Scottsdale as a Field Supervisor and Lead Caregiver. In this role, I create personalized care plans, ensure caregivers remain compliant with all standards, and regularly check in with clients to ensure they feel comfortable, supported, and valued. I also provide coaching and training to caregivers, helping them grow and succeed. I'm now looking to build new connections and expand my impact within the community.
