About Radhika

Hi! My name is Radhika, and I am a graduate student with a strong background in child development, education, and healthcare. I have several years of experiencing working with children and students in academic settings, including one-on-one tutoring, literacy mentorship, and hands-on support roles. I have worked closely with elementary and middle school students, as well as college students to build reading, writing, math, and science schools. I genuinely enjoy helping students grow in confidence and curiosity! I am especially patient with students who need a little extra support with focus, organization, or learning differences, and I try to make learning feel engaging rather than stressful.
