I am a dedicated caregiver with over 20 years of experience in home care and child care. Throughout my career, I've provided compassionate and reliable support to families and individuals, ensuring their safety, comfort, and development. My passion lies in creating a nurturing environment where both children and elderly individuals feel respected and well cared for. In addition to caregiving, I offer therapeutic massage based on the client's needs, as well as breathing exercises and yoga techniques to help strengthen the immune system. I also support clients with healthy eating, and I provide emotional support through coaching programs. My services include accompanying clients to medical appointments (with added gas and mileage fees), as well as natural skin and hair care using homemade masks.
