Hello! My name is Rachel and I bring over 10 years of dedicated childcare experience to every family I support. I have a strong background in early childhood development, including 2. 5 years as a Montessori preschool teacher. I am certified in Infant and Toddler Montessori education, and I approach caregiving with a nurturing, respectful, and developmentally appropriate mindset. I believe in fostering independence, curiosity, and confidence in children while providing a safe, calm, and joyful environment. My experience spans from caring for newborns to guiding toddlers and preschoolers, and I take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
