About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, compassionate, and driven. I like working with kids because they have such a big imagination. There is nothing that is too big for them to accomplish, they dream big! Also, they are as honest as people come. They say whatever comes to their mind, you don't usually ever wonder what they think, they just say it and I love it! I'm looking for a job that is flexible and can have open communication. I'm a middle school/high school teacher so I would love to work a couple days after school! I started working with kids when I was in middle school. I volunteered in my church's nursery and worked at a daycare in high school. Additionally, I worked at another daycare and several summer camps while I was in college and even post grad. In my spare time, I like to be outside whenever I have the chance. Also, I like to spend time with friends, reading, watching movies, or even painting. My skills include empathy, communication, and decision making.
