About Rachel

Experienced personal chef, former part time home health aid, and extensively trained NICU infant cuddler passionate about helping individuals and families alike. In my spare time I love to cat sit, and provide baking/cooking lessons (including allergy friendly) to kids. I have spent time as peer counselor for those struggling with complex health issues, such as chronic pain & TBIs. In my work as a HHA, I provide companionship, fulfill basic home personal assistant tasks as well as niche medical related ones. Due to my experience with disability and chronic illness, I understand the value of what even a passive, gentle presence can add to someone's day.
