Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for. For six years, I've enjoyed supporting families by providing reliable childcare for children aged newborn to 11. Before graduating from Pitt with a bachelors degree in social work, I had the experience of working with children in an elementary school setting, especially those with behavioral health problems. This has equipped me with skills to help children learn and develop positive behaviors. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, providing regular updates. I love doing crafts, playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games with children. Rachel Has watched my two children multiple times over the years when they were young. She was always engaging with them . She would Bring activities with her just in case they needed some direction . She was easily able to diffuse any issue that my children may have had while in her care. She is always on time and never in a rush to get out the door . The one time I had to cancel On her she was extremely understanding and quickly offered to come Back another time.
