About Rachel

Currently looking for part time work in addition to my part time job at the Anita Purves Nature Center. My child care experience ranges from curating programs for ages 2-6 at my current job, supervising Summer Camp for campers ages 6-12, being a nanny to a 3-4-year-old for 1. 5 years, and some smaller child care gigs as they come. I take an approach with children that balances sillyness, education, and kind but firm boundary enforcement. I love reading to children and finding library storybooks that strengthen their interests and development simultaneously. Getting kids connected to nature is a huge passion of mine by igniting their curious and imaginative minds. I'd love to help your family!
