About Rachel

I love working with children of all ages. I thrive on their energy, curiosity and zest for life. A child's mind is like a sponge, with unlimited potential. I enjoy creating fun and unique learning experiences. I earned my degree in psychology and have a background in school counseling. I have taught many children K-8 in the school system. I ran a successful after school/summer program also for K-8 and have worked in a preschool. I have experience with caring for children of all ages (newborn-tweens). I also have 5 nieces and nephews (ages 3, 4, 5, 8 & 14)who I help care for. Most recently I have been working as a Behavior Therapist for children on the Autism Spectrum during the school hours and watching 3 boys (ages 4, 8&11)after school hours.
