About Rachel

Hi, my name is Rachel. 10 years in senior care/developmental disability solidified my passion for supporting adults' well-being and independence. My experiences have fueled my desire to positively impact lives. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and personal care. I also offer light housekeeping and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations and handle confusion or behavioral changes(dementia etc) with care. I also have experience in diabetes management. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I have CMT(Certified mediaction technician), CPR, First Aid training, Mandt certification(a professional certification for a crisis intervention and de-escalation training system designed to build positive relationships, manage challenging behaviors, and ensure workplace safety).
