About Rachel

I am passionate about fostering the growth and development of children. My background as a mental health counseling student, with courses in child development, has further solidified my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. Having worked as a daycare teacher, I have experience teaching effective behavior management and emotional regulation techniques to children. In my role as a childcare provider, I am patient, calm, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I keep parents updated on their child's day via their preferred communication method, whether that's text or phone call. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. If your family has pets, rest assured that I'm comfortable with them.
