About Rachel

My name is Rachel, I am a born & raised Buffalonian with a heart as big as my loud Italian family! I come from a long line of caregivers so childcare has always felt like a part of my blood rather than an acquired skill. I began babysitting at age 13 and have since worked in many different childcare settings, providing me a dynamic portfolio of experience in working with various ages and levels of a child's physical, cognitive, and emotional development. A few notable experiences I have are teaching at Kindermotion, an enrichment program for preschoolers to help enhance their gross motor skills, as well teaching at Dancability, a studio dedicated for special needs kids to take dance classes with extra hands on care. I have a collaborative approach when it comes to working with parents and I aim to care for your children as if I am an extension of your family. I am honest, open and empathetic and will love your babies as if they are my own!
